Digital Fingerprinting

PrintedFingers can capture your fingerprints on our live scan machines. Your live scan prints can be sent anywhere you need electronically. You can schedule your Live Scan fingerprint check at our office or make an appointment to conduct a live scan fingerprinting at the mobile location of your choice.

Our software allows us to digitally capture your fingerprints and print them out on a fingerprint card. The advantage of live scan fingerprinting is that it provides a more clear image of your fingerprints and reduces the chance for denied prints by any agency or department. Live Scan Digital prints are often used for the following reasons:

• Adoptions, Attorney's, Child Care Workers, Construction Workers

• Education, Hazmat, Firearm permits, Transportation

• Pharmaceutical, DOE, immigration

Print Card Fingerprinting

PrintedFingers offers print card fingerprinting, along with our live scan services. This service is available at our office or can be scheduled at the mobile location of your choice. We can print your scanned fingerprints on your provided card or we can provide FD-258 cards for you. Please be sure to ask the requesting party which card they will accept.

FBI Fingerprinting and Background Checks

PrintedFingers offers FBI Fingerprinting and Background Checks, which provides a detailed summary of a person's criminal record (often termed as a "rap sheet"). This report contains data from federal, state, and local law enforcement entities. Although businesses might require background checks for job prospects, only individuals can obtain their criminal history summary directly from the FBI. However, PrintedFingers can assist businesses noted as Authorized Recipients (AR) that have been issued an Originating Agency Identifier (ORI) number by streamlining their fingerprint submissions process for more efficient processing.

We are an approved FBI vendor, therefore we can assist with your needs - from FBI fingerprinting to FBI background checks.

FDLE Fingerprinting and Background Checks

PrintedFingers offers FDLE services such as an FDLE Background Checks and FDLE fingerprinting services, which differs from standard fingerprinting services because they must meet the specific requirements put in place by Florida's Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

We are an approved FDLE vendor, therefore we can assist with your FDLE needs - from FDLE fingerprinting or FDLE background checks.

FINRA Fingerprinting & Background Check

PrintedFingers maintains a secure connection where fingerprints can be submitted electronically with results being delivered back to the broker through FINRA CRD. Our use of Electronic Fingerprint submissions take advantage of quicker processing times, high quality fingerprints, reduced rejection rates, and comparable FINRA fingerprint processing fees assessed to firms.

We provide electronic fingerprint submission directly to FINRA. This allows for much quicker results than the traditional mailing method. The results are generally back in 3 to 5 business days after your FINRA Fingerprint Background Check. Please Note: you will have to provide us with your company's CRD number, company name, and company address with FINRA.

ATF Fingerprinting for EFT File Creation

PrintedFingers can create EFT files (Electronic Fingerprint Transmission) from existing fingerprint cards you have or through electronic fingerprint processing. We can send EFT files to your email for you to easily send to the ATF.

Using our live scan software, we can generate an EFT File Creation of an EFT file by scanning a card or taking your prints digitally.

We can6 deliver your EFT file securely through email for you to upload to the eFile ATF portal.

Selecting an Electronic Fingerprint Transmission (EFT) file via SWFT or allowing PrintedFingers to handle your electronic fingerprint submissions, can bypass the traditional method of mailing paper fingerprint cards.

NFA Fingerprinting & Background Check

PrintedFingers offers fingerprinting on NFA fingerprint card. We use an electronic fingerprint capture method using our live scan device, which we then print out on a blank NFA card. Our NFA fingerprint cards can be submitted with excellent approval ratings using the digital print card method.

Our live scan software allows us to digitally capture your fingerprints and print them on an NFA card. This no-mess solution fits the requirements of a traditional ink and roll card.

NFA fingerprint cards are requested to be used for gun shops and ATF purposes. Our office handles any and all NFA fingerprinting needs.

Many gun shops and firearms sellers are now required to capture the fingerprints of the buyer prior to the firearm purchase. Also, it may be necessary to be fingerprinted when applying for the purchase of a silencer for a firearm.

Notary Services

PrintedFingers offers Notary services at our office or Notary service can be scheduled at your mobile location as well.

Our Mobile Notary Service includes travel to your specified location to perform a notarial act(s). The fee will vary based on the number of notarizations needed. A travel and convenience fee will be added for all Mobile Services AND a deposit may be required for mobile service. Notary Reasons may include:

• Administration of Oaths and Affirmations

• Affidavits and statutory declarations

• Take acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances

• Estate planning documents

• Adoptions

• Consent to Travel documentation

• I-9 Form Verification

Apostille Services

If planning to travel or adopt from a foreign country, an Apostille is required. An Apostille is a certification that authenticates the origin of a document. When obtaining an FBI Background Check for use abroad, especially in countries part of the Hague Convention, an Apostille may be required, in addition. This Apostille certification assures foreign entities that your U.S. document is both valid and genuine.

Fingerprint Card Conversions & Archiving

PrintedFingers offers Fingerprint Card Conversion Service. We use advanced scanning technology to transform traditional fingerprint cards into electronic records. This will allow you to archive and save your fingerprints as electronic files, and print additional fingerprint cards as needed in the future. With our conversion and archiving service, you can seamlessly submit your cards electronically to various agencies for processing.
